

Cuvée Sétier
Classified as a Côtes du Rhône Village, the Cuvée Sétier, named after an old 8-quart measure of wine, is the very image of a Côtes du Rhône Village. Generous, with pronounced tannins born of a blend of Grenache, Mouvèdre & Syrah planted on slopes with rounded pebbles. A wine of character and ageing potential.

Soil mainly covered with pebbles.
Vinification and ageing
Harvested by hand.
No de-stemming, blending of grape varieties.
Native yeast, spontaneous fermentation.

Aging: 1 year in enamelled vats.

Color
Deep red with crimson highlights.
Nose
Very licorice, tar and Burlat cherry.
Mouth
Powerful, supple finish.
Conservation / Service
Estimated aging: 5 to 10 years.
Pairings: Cooked red meats, rabbit with thyme and rosemary, 7-hour lamb, spicy couscous. Serve at 17°C.
