Vin blanc doux
Our Vin Doux is a rare and singular cuvée, made only when the vintage offers ideal conditions. Produced from early harvests to preserve freshness and natural acidity, it benefits from a unique vinification process in which fermentation is stopped by cold temperatures and sterile filtration.
The result is a surprisingly sweet wine, halfway between wine and freshly pressed fruit. Gourmet without being excessively sweet, it seduces with its freshness, aromatic finesse and low alcohol content.
Enjoyable as an aperitif or dessert wine, this surprising cuvée will reconcile even the most reserved of sweet wine lovers.
