Cuvée A Tempo Blanc 2023

A Tempo Blanc 2023 comes from biodynamic viticulture. Looking like Da Capo's little sister, this white Châteauneuf-du-Pape features Châteauneuf-inspired vinification with delicate Burgundian notes. A blend of three grape varieties emblematic of the appellation - Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc - it reveals their full expression through vinification in concrete eggs and sandstone, complemented by a light touch of three-year-old barrels.
