History of Château du Pegau
An old Provencal farmhouse located in Sorgues, on the banks of the Rhône between Châteauneuf du Pape and Avignon. This property is surrounded by 41 hectares of vineyards established on a magnificent terroir partially covered with rolled pebbles.
Fantastic Côtes du Rhône Villages reds, very typical red & white Côtes du Rhône wines, red table wines and also typical rose wines are produced here.
The Domaine & Château Pegau are attached to a traditional culture that enhances the expression of the terroirs, winegrowing & winemaking.
The objectives are to learn, understand and adapt to a new acquisition
in order to successfully develop quality wines, to give expression, typicity and the "PEGAU" identity.
